We've all done this and no one at AEG cares."Well, let's just say I am stubborn.Ask Erich...he'll tell you.Here is my email:This is just a quick reminder that 7th sea, to many of your customers and fans, is still the best RPG ever created and we are not going away because of lack of product support or new material. I can't see anything happening sadly.
It is all about the dollar bill.

If not enough people buy the product, they can't afford to produce them.
10 people who love a game arn't worth as much as 20 people who think it is ok but buy it anyway.


What is important is that we don't give up on 7th sea.
We've produced plenty of stuff since it stopped printing,
and games have carried on too.
Thats what really matters, but it would be damn fine to have someone printing new books though.

honestly, I don't think I would support it if it returned under AEG. Under someone else, yes, but not at John's gain. The man has managed to wreck everything useful he had except for L5R, he doesn't deserve to make a living in this field.



I'd rather it stay gone.

Actually, I spoke to John Zinzer at Gencon.  I have very high hopes that we'll be seeing something in the near future.  It would almost certainly take the form of new material on PDF, probably through Drive Thru RPG.  I'll admit I really hope that it leads to more, but I will take what I can get. 


I didn't mention it before this because a) before Gencon, I wasn't sure if we'd get anywhere; b) now I'm still half brain dead from Gencon; and most importantly c) I preferred holding off another few weeks/months before saying anything to raising hopes when we might not see anything for a while. 


I do ask that if you contact AEG that you remain respectful.  Mostly because I know that anyone is more likely to listen when they're treated with respect.  This is particularly important when you know that we're waiting for final confirmation on a possible new pdf book.
