If you buy any copy now at a store, odds are good it will be a second print (if they ran one, I'm getting old and forgetful). The changes are hardly noticable and were not really rules oriented for the most part but more about making sure there were entries for all the secret societies and that sort of thing. You would likely never notice any difference except for some changes of which page holds certain content.
