The fluff on this school is still underway, but essentially the Bowery Boys are a street gang in Luthon, the founder of this school is/was a butcher, and the school focuses on a less refined knowledge of anatomy than a style like Durschetzungburg, but an acute knowledge nonetheless.

The main strength of the school is its ability to deal large amounts of damage with a heretofore insignificant weapon, and its propensity for outwitting opponents.

The main weakness is that in order to operate in this style, the user must essentially ignore his own defense, and focus only on overcoming the defenses of his opponent, and doing exactly as much damage as he would like.

Curriculum
Knife
Dirty Fighting

Knacks
Tagging (Knife)
Feint (Knife)
Lunge (Knife)
Exploit Weakness (Bowery Boys)

Apprentice:
The Bowery Boys School is not a sanctioned style and therefore apprentices do not gain the Swordsman's Guild Membership Advantage for free. Instead, they gain the Scoundrel Advantage for free.

Apprentices of the Bowery Boys School are taught to fight with a knife in their primary hand and a cleaver in their off-hand. They gain no off-hand penalty when wielding a knife in both hands.

Apprentices of the Bowery Boys School have learned the difference between a maim and a kill. Their rough and tumble lifestyle has helped them to begin putting this knowledge to good use. They gain an additional 1k0 damage to their Knife attacks when using the Lunge (Knife) knack, making their total +3k0.

Journeyman:
The Bowery Boys School focuses a great deal on outwitting your opponent. If the Journeyman of the School successfully Feints their opponent, they may roll damage as if they had successfully Lunged, and their opponent is unable to actively defend against the attack as usual.

Journeymen of the Bowery Boys School learn more about how to use their blades in ways that make them ever more effective. A solid Knife strike from a Journeyman can be as serious as a hit from a Broadsword. They gain an additional 1k0 damage to Lunge damage rolls, making their total + 4k0

Master:
The Bowery Boys School teaches its students to always be on the lookout for an opportunity to strike, and to strike decisively. Masters of this style may lower their Action Die by a number of phases equal to their Wits when making a Lunge Attack.

For instance, if Conway, a Master of Bowery Boys, has 3 Wits and actions in 4 and 7, he could Lunge in Phase 1-4 with his action in 4, and Lunge in Phase 4-7 with his action in 7.

In addition, Masters of the Bowery Boys School have learned to deal truly decisive blows with their knives. A knife in the hands of a Bowery Boy can be nearly as effective as a firearm. They Keep an additional Die of damage when Lunging with their knives, bringing the total bonus to +4k1

Additional Equipment:
Cleaver
This is a large knife usually used by butchers for slicing thick hunks of meat. The members of the Bowery Boys School have adopted this tool to deadly use, and are often seen carrying a Butcher's knife in one hand, and a cleaver in the other.

When making attacks with a cleaver you roll one less die (-1k0) on your attack roll, but gain an additional unkept die (+1k0) on your damage roll.

Please review this School and tell me what you think.

True, the ability to roll 6k3 with a cleaver before adding Brawn is fairly powerful, but remember that they are having to Lunge and losing all that PD. Plus with a cleaver they are less accurate.
