Has anyone run anything with Sebastian Valroux as an NPC? From his description in the Swordsman's Guild book, he sounds like he'd be a great hero for the PC's to encounter. He's a bit of vigilante and probably the best duelist in Montaigne. I wonder if he should be wearing a mask while he fights crime. And what criminals is he hunting down? And do the Musketeers care to interfere with Sebastian?
