I held out as long as I could but i went and watched it tonight. TOO much fun! For those that have witnessed the infamy of Captain Skull at the convention games, DeNiro plays him very well in this movie. I was falling off the chair laughing at that character. just go watch it.

I've been hoping it would be good.  After all, Neil Gaiman wrote it.  I wonder if I can go without some sleep while at GC to watch it... Hmmm...

I saw it last night. Excellent movie. DeNiro was great, as was Michelle Pfiffer.

I want to see it again.

I've watched it twice now and I think DeNiro was hilarious. I got this one friend that hates the entire film because he thinks that actor was entirely wrong for the part and ruined the whole thing.

I now firmly believe this man to be an idiot.

The wife and I went to see it tonight. Very enjoyable, and I thought DeNiro was great.

Follow. But! Follow only if ye be men of valour, for the entrance to this cave is guarded by a creature so foul, so cruel that no man yet has fought with it and lived! Bones of full fifty men lie strewn about its lair. So, brave knights, if you do doubt your courage or your strength, come no further, for death awaits you all with nasty, big, pointy teeth.

I thought the comedic commentary from the ghosts was pretty hilarious too.

So, Finally got to go see this last night.  FANTASTIC!!!  I absolutely loved DeNiro's character.  I can't decide what groups I liked better, the pirates (and their great quips) or the ghosts (and their great quips).

The scene with Michelle Pfeiffer using her magic to make herself beautiful again made me scream in horror (Oh the Huge Mammaries).
